Meet our Founder

Dr Emma McKinney

Dr Emma McKinney, the driving force behind Disability Included, is an expert in disability employment, diversity, and inclusion. With a PhD in Business Administration (Disability Employment) and over 25 years of experience in education and training, she leads a team committed to meaningful workplace change. As a person with a hearing disability and the spouse of a quadriplegic wheelchair user, Emma brings lived experience and professional expertise to every project.
